An imposing pilot's chronograph in an automatic Cosmonaute version nicknamed “Pizza,” formerly owned by a pilot from the Sainte base.
Octagonal steel case, bidirectional notched bezel in patinated (hard) steel, and screwed back (signed, numbering almost worn away, patent no. DDE.BR 11525/67 engraving worn away). Black dial with integrated slide rule and silvered flange graduated to 60. Function: hour hand covering 24 hours in one revolution of the dial. Two silver sub-dials (minutes at 3 o’clock and hours at 9 o’clock) and date window at 6 o’clock in red. Spatula hands and large orange seconds hand, eggshell-white Arabic numerals with tritium.
Three straps: a black leather T.O.T. pilot’s strap, a navy blue rally leather strap with a pin buckle, and the original BREITLING steel flat-link strap with a signed deployant buckle.
Movement: Mechanical automatic winding caliber signed BREITLING / Buren 11 Swiss.
