Aviator chronograph with flyback function, originally created in the 1990s for French military pilots (black and colored versions).
Brushed steel case with protective pushers and crown, steel back (signed and numbered). Unidirectional steel bezel graduated to 60 (with red 20-minute marking). Black dial with inner telemetric scale on the flange. Three ringed counters: hour totalizer at 6 o'clock, small seconds at 9 o'clock, oversized minute counter at 3 o'clock divided into colored zones. Orange central chronograph seconds hand, date window between 4 and 5 o'clock. Tritium-painted Arabic numerals and luminescent skeleton hands.
It is worth noting that ZENITH equipped the legendary Rolex Daytona chronograph at the same time.
Original ZENITH brushed steel strap with deployant buckle, red topstitched T.O.T. pilot leather strap and a tan leather strap with pin buckle.
Movement: mechanical automatic winding El Primero ZENITH / 405 caliber, base 400 (31 jewels), Swiss return-to-flight modification.
