Mythical pilot's chronograph from the "Chronomat 2nd generation" collections with the double LIP signature at 6 o'clock, this is one of the models that contributed to the BREITLING legend among automobile and aviation pilots and high-level athletes.
Round steel case with clipped back (signed and numbered - patent no. 217012). Steel bezel with integrated telemeter graduations on the flange. Silvered dial with patina in the middle with double scales of graduations and railroad (for the calculation of the average speed). Two hollowed counters: seconds totalizers at 9 o'clock, minutes at 3 o'clock, red chrono second hand in the center. Applied arrow indexes and luminescent dauphine hands in steel.
BREITING leather box strap with BREITLING pin buckle, a sport strap and a black leather pilot TOT strap.
Movement: Mechanical manual winding caliber signed BREITLING Watch Ltd / Venus 175 Swiss.
